Basic Information

Polyber – 730(FR) is a special grade for NBR: PVC 70:30 ratio having high flame retardant properties and low temperature flexibility. It primarily consists of medium ACN Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber & Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin in the ratio of 70:30. This grade can replace rubbers like Neoprene and EPDM. It can be provided in the form of sheets. It is available in 25 KGs HDPE paper bags packing for better handling.

Processing Characteristics

The Processing of Polyber 730(FR) is very easy on conventional as well as modern rubber processing/compounding machines. It has a very efficient compounding method which further saves the cost, labor and time.It absorbs Filler and Plasticizer quickly which reduces the compounding time.

Recommendations

The plasticizers recommended are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, DINP other aromatic Plasticizers. Secondary Plasticizers such as CPW can also be used but only under guidance of a rubber technician. The mixing mill should be warm for best results.
