Basic Information

Polyber 64 is a special grade of NBR / PVC Polyblends with the polymer ratio of 60-40. It primarily consists of medium ACN Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber & Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This grade imparts high Ozone, Oil and Abrasion resistance. It can be provided in both forms i.e. sheets and granules. It is available in 25 KGs HDPE paper bags packing for better handling.

Processing Characteristics

The Processing of Polyber 73(R) is very easy on conventional as well as modern rubber processing/compounding machines. It has a very efficient compounding method which further saves the cost, labor and time.It absorbs Filler and Plasticizer quickly which reduces the compounding time.It also holds out in high temperatures.

Recommendations

The plasticizers recommended are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, DINP other aromatic Plasticizers. Secondary Plasticizers such as CPW can also be used but only under guidance of a rubber technician. The mixing mill should be warm for best results.
