Basic Information

Polyber 37(O) is a special grade of NBR / PVC Polyblends with the polymer ratio of 30-70. It primarily consists of medium ACN Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber & Poly Vinyl Chloride pretreated Resin. This grade imparts high Ozone, Oil resistance. It can be easily blended with Nitrile Rubber to change the ratio as per need. It can be provided in the form of granules. It is available in 25 KGs HDPE paper bags packing for better handling.

Processing Characteristics

The Processing of Polyber37(O) is very easy on modern rubber processing/compounding machines and plastic extruders and high speed mixtures. It has a very efficient compounding method which further saves the cost, labor and time.It absorbs Plasticizer quickly which reduces the compounding time.It also holds out in high temperatures.

Recommendations

The plasticizers recommended are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, DINP other aromatic Plasticizers. Secondary Plasticizers such as CPW can also be used but only under guidance of a rubber technician. The mixing mill should be warm for best results.

Footwear applications like safety shoe sole and upper, Rubber Floorings, Rubber mats, welding Hoses, Rubberized Auto parts, Molded Rubber Parts, products which need smooth glossy finish etc.
