General Description

POLYBERseries are a group of Nitrile rubber (NBR) / Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) blends.

There are various ratios of blends of NBR/PVC.NBR & PVC are blended together to form a polymer (POLYBER) which is widely used in rubber industry in all applications.In these blends NBR & PVC retains their critical individual properties while improving their overall properties of the blend synergistically.

POLYBER is used a Raw Polymer in rubber products which provides excellent resistance to Oil, Fuel, Weather, Ozone, Abrasion And Low Temperature Flex Cracking resistance, therefore directly replacing Polychloroprene (CR), Nitrile (NBR) and EPDM rubbers in most applications.

POLYBER bands exceptionally well on the mixing mill and compounds remarkably on internal mixers. POLYBER has high filler and oil absorption properties.

POLYBER can be compounded and processed similar to NBR. It is compatible with the fillers, processing aids and curatives of NBR.

POLYBER is available in different grades i.e. 73(R), 73, 730(FR), 55(O), 37(O) etc. These grades differ primarily in NBR/PVC/Plasticizer blend ratio. Variations are also available on a custommade basis. All the grades are available in both forms i.e. Sheet and Granules.
