Basic Information

Polyber – 73(S) is a special polyblend with specialty plasticizers for low Hardness and less viscous grade. It primarily consists of medium ACN Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber & Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin in the ratio of 70:30 and a greater dose of Plasticizer. It can be provided in both forms i.e. sheets and granules. It is available in 25 KGs HDPE paper bags packing for better handling.

Processing Characteristics

The Processing of Polyber 73(S) is very easy on conventional as well as modern rubber processing/compounding machines as well as plastic high speed mixtures and extruders and presses. It has a very efficient compounding method which further saves the cost, labor and time.It absorbs Filler and Plasticizer quickly which reduces the compounding time.

Recommendations

The plasticizers recommended are DOP, DOA, DOS, DBP, DINP other aromatic Plasticizers. Secondary Plasticizers such as CPW can also be used but only under guidance of a rubber technician.
