Basic Information

Polyber – 70 is a special grade developed for Suraksha LPG Tubes. It has a very low Oil extraction % which is passed in all the testing parameters like Npentane test. It primarily consists of medium ACN Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber & Poly Vinyl Chloride Resin. This Grade is Pthalate free. It can be provided in both forms i.e. sheets and granules. It is available in 25 KGs HDPE paper bags packing for better handling.

Processing Characteristics

The Processing of Polyber 70 is very easy on conventional as well as modern rubber processing/compounding machines. It has a very efficient compounding method which further saves the cost, labor and time.It absorbs Filler and Plasticizer quickly which reduces the compounding time.It also holds out in high temperatures and has a very good low temperature flexing.

Recommendations

The plasticizers recommended are DOP, DOA, DOS, DINP, DOTP other aromatic Plasticizers. Secondary Plasticizers such as CPW can also be used but only under guidance of a rubber technician. The mixing mill should be warm for best results.
